Shipping

  • After the payment is confirmed, the order is considered confirmed. Please wait for the goods to be shipped.
  • If the package needs to be returned to sender due to customs or import tax issues, the buyer is responsible for the shipping cost of the return, customs tax, and other applicable fees.
  • Reminder: overseas transactions may require import duties and other fees due to different regulations in various countries.
  • Some products may not be shipped or are unable to clear customs in specific regions, please check if the product can be delivered to the specified country before purchase.
  • Please make sure to select the correct country/region and provide the correct shipping address and recipient information. If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect information, the buyer is responsible for any fees required.
  • Reminder: overseas shipping may require additional fees and cross-country refund processes are complicated, thus no exchange services are provided.
  • When selecting products, please confirm that product color and size meet your expectations and requirements before purchase. Upon completion of order, user is agreeing to this condition.
  • If there are other countries that products need to be shipped to that are not listed, please message the vendor to inquire.

Return/Exchanges

  • Services provided by this platform is a proxy service, thus order cancellations and returns are not permitted upon order confirmation.
  • After receiving the goods, please unpack them within three days, it is recommended to record the whole process of opening the box, if you find any defects, damage, or shortage of accessories, and need to apply for replacement, please contact us within 3 days after receipt of the goods, and provide the opening video to support, we will repair/replace the goods for you as soon as possible.
  • Exchanges Notice: Upon confirmation of product exchange, please return product to original state when received (including main product, accessories, internal and external packaging, included documents, gifts, event gifts, etc.)
  • If product needs to be returned for repair, please package product properly in original packaging. If original packaging is lost, please use another cardboard box to wrap product and do not directly paste paper or write text on original packaging.

  • The coloring and assembling of the products are mostly done by hand, so minor differences in painting or assembling during the manufacturing process are normal.
  • Please understand that product photos may be original prototypes and may have slight differences with final products.
  • Product colors may differ due to computer screen settings. Please refer to actual product as the standard.
  • The size of the product may vary slightly due to different styles and measurement standards. Please refer to the actual product as the standard.
  • Products may contain small parts/accessories. Please keep reach out of children and pets. Please store products carefully to avoid falling possibility.
  • Delivery date of product may be changed, or stock numbers may change, which may result in delivery delay. The company is not responsible for any compensation in this situation.
  • Shipping process may cause wear and tear on exterior packaging of product.
  • Please ensure review of product return policy before placing order.
  • Once product has been unpacked and used, missing original packaging, outer box is damaged or dismantled, missing parts/accessories/gifts, your return eligibility will be affected.
  • Product must be in brand new and unused condition with complete original packaging and no missing parts/accessories to be eligible for exchange requests with customer service.
